Ocean City Jazz Festival

Calling all jazz lovers! A lineup including Jackiem Joyner, Gerald Veasley, Wycliffe Gordon, Randy Brecker, Lao Tizer with Karen Briggs, John Brown Quitnet, John dillard, and Lynn Grisslet Quartet will charm the Crystal Coast this July 1^st and 2^nd at the 8^th Annual Ocean City Jazz Festival. This much-anticipated event takes place in Topsail Beach and will feature delicious food, a silent auction and live music that’s sure to have you humming along.

24^th Annual Festival of Fireworks

An afternoon filled with family-friendly activities including food vendors, cornhole, watermelon eating contest, and children’s games is the perfect way to ring in America’s independence, especially while the tunes of the Tidewater Drive Band play in the background. The day kicks off at noon in beautiful Corolla, NC in the Outer Banks and a fireworks display wrap things up at dusk. Bring the whole family out for an unforgettable time.

N.C. 4^th of July Festival

Southport has been celebrating our nation’s independence for over 200 years, although the official 4^th of July Festival launched in 1972. Since then, the small maritime community has been celebrating America’s freedom with a patriotic parade, music, entertainment & games, sack races, and watermelon eating contests, delicious food, arts and crafts, and more. Of course the festival ends with one of the most impressive firework displays on the entire East Coast.
