16 Private homes and plantations along with five public buildings which are each more than 100 years old open to tour. Many special features include celebration of the 250th birthday of the Historic Chowan County Courthouse, carriage rides, history reenactments, and displays highlighting table decorations for holidays throughout the year.

Also available: boat tours, luncheons, and on Friday evening Destination Downtown Edenton presents Boogie on Broad, a family friendly street dance with The Embers.
