11am: Meet at Wayne County Center in historic downtown Goldsboro
11:05-11:30am: Educational Session #1: Topic: Sustainable Agriculture/AgriTourism. Speaker: John O’Sullivan – Associate Director of Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS)
11:30-11:45: Educational Session #2: Topic: Local Agriculture Branding Program “We Dig It”. Speaker: Howard Scott – Director of Wayne County Cooperative Extension
11:45am: Walk over to the historic Allie Edgerton House (circa 1900). Tour the site of Plum Tree Market and Gardens
12-1pm: Lunch at Allie Edgerton House
1:10pm: Walk back over to the Wayne County Center
1:15pm-2:15pm: Educational Session #3: Topic: How To Develop and Market Culinary Tours to Visitors and The Media. Speaker: Liz Biro – Food Writer/Chef & Culinary Tour Guide/Creator
2:30pm: Adjourn
